Hi, I hope im asking the question at the right place, because the help forum is closed.I just bought a launchpad and I'm trying to authorize live 9. Every time I open a downloaded project live return to be not authorized. I tried to change broswers but still with no success.
Root of the issue seems to be that you have to install Ableton 'Not Trial' (so uninstall the trial and download again another Live version) even though the.msi for Windows has about the same size (for Ableton 10 Windows 1.79 GB, abletonliveintro10.1.764.msi and abletonlivetrial10.1.764.msi differ by only 4096 bytes!).
At the offline authorization i get this mesaage:

'There is an issue with your hardware code.'I guess that I'm using the wrong code - the one that I get in the instruction menu of ableton.
